TIA is organized around broad disciplines and capabilities with aimed to provide satisfaction guarantee to clients. Its organization built on close cooperation, bond with collegial models to fulfill market and demand services areas of solutions. There are currently five service area with focus on creating winning customer satisfaction which are infrastructure and urban development, agriculture and rural development, education and training management, information and communication technology and others specific area.
The Board of Commissioners appoints the President Directors and Board of Directors to handle the day-to-day management of the company in accordance with guidelines issued by the Board of Directors. The Executive Team Managers are established to support the President and Board of Directors which primarily formed by Heads of Business Development Directorate, Management and Human Resource Directorate, and Project and Services Directorate. Each directorate has its own group functions which have overall responsibility in its functional area for leadership, development of group policies and directives as well as common group processes.
